In the final quarter of 2023, Latin America's Android users showed a strong engagement with fitness and weight loss applications. Sensor Tower provides a closer look at the top five apps that captured the region's interest during this period.
Strava: Run, Bike, Hike witnessed a fluctuating trend in downloads, starting the quarter with around 58K downloads and dipping to approximately 42K in mid-December before rebounding to 55K by the year's end. Revenue for Strava saw a gradual decline from $32K to $28K in late October, followed by a surge peaking at $43K in mid-December, and settling around $40K as the quarter closed. Weekly active users (WAUs) showed an increasing trend, from 1.06M in late September to nearly 1.26M by the Christmas week.
Fitia - Diet & Meal Planner experienced a diverse trajectory in downloads, peaking at 45K towards the end of November, followed by a decline to 22K by the quarter's end.
